New trainees at VAG

On 1 September 2008, VAG was happy to welcome five new trainees to the company, which made the group of trainees at VAG-Armaturen GmbH grow again. Meanwhile, a total of 9 trainees are being trained in three different departments.

 

 

For the first time this year, VAG is offering vocational training for those who want to be qualified milling machine operators, a training opportunity which two young people are already making use of.

 

Another first is VAG’s offer of vocational training in Germany’s dual system and in co-operation with Berufsakademie [University of Co-Operative Education] Mannheim (Faculty of International Business). After a total of three years of vocational training and university studies, the graduates will obtain a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.).
