New processing standards along with higher safety and reduced costs - as simple as one, two, three with PE system solutions provided by VAG. They help you reduce the necessary working steps and thus save time and money while ensuring easy installation works and maximum safety. We have therefore complemented the nominal widths of our BAIO®plus range by the dimensions da 125 and da 180 (da = outside diameter of PE pipes). The BAIO®plus-System is a screwless and absolutely tension-proof connection thanks to form and non-positive connection.

 

This extension of our product range meets further customer demands and will ensure we meet the challenges of the PE market of the future. While the old standard varieties used to require a spigot end socket fitting for the connection of gate valve and PE pipe, the new solution does not require an extra transition fitting to the PE pipe.

Our PE tapping bridge comes with a new integrated cutter. This valve allows the homogeneous and safe connection of gas or water pipeline systems made of PE. With the TERRA® K12 you can ensure safe connections without tapping and without auxiliary shut-off devices. Thanks to its electro-fusion welding it can be installed fast and easily for all nominal connection widths and in the branch from da 32 to da 63 at maximum working pressure. The TERRA® K12 is DVGW approved for gas and water applications. To even better meet practical service requirements, the VAG TERRA® K12 is now available with a new and improved cutter!

This valve combines the proven VAG DUOJET high performance technology with a new functional design suitable for wastewater. Due to the use of corrosion- proof and incrustation- free plastic materials used for the body and the interior function parts, this technology can also be used for wastewater applications.
